• All appointments require accurate personal details for booking and communication
• A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Deposits are redeemable against any treatment you choose
• Consultation bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received
• If you attend a consultation and return for treatment later within the booking timeframe your deposit will still be applied
• The deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day
• If you cancel without required notice or do not attend the appointment your deposit may be forfeited in line with our policy
• Please provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Late arrivals may reduce your appointment time to prevent delays for other patients
• If you arrive too late to proceed safely your appointment may be rescheduled
• Missed appointments without notice will result in loss of deposit
• All treatments are subject to medical assessment and suitability
• The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not safe or appropriate
• Patients must provide accurate medical history to ensure safe care
• Payments must be made in full on the day of treatment
• We accept major payment methods available at the clinic
• Refunds are not issued for completed treatments due to the nature of medical aesthetic procedures
• Refund policies for deposits packages or cancellations are outlined in our Refund Policy page
• Treatment results vary from person to person
• The clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes
• Patients will be given realistic honest guidance during consultation
• Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure best results
