• Payments for completed treatments are non refundable due to the nature of medical aesthetics
• Results vary from patient to patient and cannot be guaranteed
• Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with expected or perceived outcomes
• All treatments require a consultation to ensure suitability before proceeding
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Deposits are redeemable against your treatment
• Deposits are non refundable if you cancel without required notice
• Deposits may be transferred to another date if rescheduling within acceptable notice period
• Packages purchased at promotional prices are non refundable
• If you are medically unsuitable for remaining sessions alternatives may be offered
• Any adjustments are handled on a case by case basis
• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
• Missed appointments without notice are non refundable
• If we cancel your appointment due to clinic reasons we will reschedule without penalty
• If you are medically unsuitable before treatment begins a refund or alternative solution may be offered
• If suitability changes due to withheld information the clinic may decline treatment without refund
• All risks are discussed during consultation
• Treatment fees cover professional time products and expertise not results
• Managing complications is part of aftercare but does not qualify for refunds

• Include your full name appointment date and reason for review
• We will assess the request carefully and respond within a reasonable timeframe
